Marangoni acquires Verona-based Asmara Srl – Global Legal Chronicle
As part of the Marangoni operation, she was assisted by the law firm Avvocatidiimpresa.
Marangoni, a world leader in the green tire retreading industry, in the design and construction of machinery and materials for the sector, and in the production of TBR and OTR retreaded tires, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Asmara Srl from the Ba family.
Asmara was founded in 1957 and has always operated in the production and sale of retreaded tires for cars, heavy transport and industrial vehicles, over the years renovating machinery and equipment following the most modern techniques, in order to produce retreaded tires with both a “hot” and a “cold” methodology with a pre-printed band.
Marangoni was assisted by Avvocatidiimpresa with a team composed of Alberto Calvi di Coenzo and Rosanna Frischetto.
