E.Go opens the capital to VBS: all advisors -Finance Community

E.Go, a Florentine company specialized in the construction of automatic lines for the production of electric motors founded in 2010 by Marco Santandrea, has opened capital to the entry of a new strategic partner, VBS di Reggio Emilia, holding of investment of Ing. Vittorio Cavirani, co-founder and former partner of Elettric 80, with a long entrepreneurial experience in the world of mechanical automation. Through a combined capital increase and share purchase, VBS acquired 60% of E.Go, while the founder Marco Santandrea will continue to own 40% and lead the company as managing director. With this operation E.Go strengthens its industrial capacity, thanks to the contribution of skills, experience and capital from VBS.

Vittorio Cavirani, co-founder and former partner of Elettric 80 S.p.a., with a long entrepreneurial experience in the world of mechanical automation.
