Apax with Legance to acquire Lutech – Top Legal

Legance advised Apax Partners for the Italian law profiles connected with the acquisition of Lutech, a group from Cologno Monzese (Milan) among the main Italian providers of lt services and solutions, in the context of the competitive sale procedure initiated by Lutech’s current controlling partner, One Equity Partners, assisted by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. The operation, as reported by the financial press, is valued at 500 million euros.

PwC Tls advised Apax Partners on tax aspects. Di Tanno Associati advised Apax Partners on the tax profiles of the investment structure and acquisition contract. Among the sellers, the minority shareholder Cdm lnnovation Group was assisted by Avvocatidiefresa.

Lutech, in a statement, explains that Apax funds, in collaboration with Lutech’s management team, will advance the company’s growth path, both organic and through acquisitions, focusing on expanding key value drivers, such as the supply of digitai services, while also accelerating M&A’s strategy.
