Agreen Capital acquires 30% of Bms through Probios – Dealflower
Probios, an Italian company active in healthy nutrition, controlled by clubdeal Agreen Capital, announces that it has acquired a minority stake of 30% in the share capital of Bms Srl, an industrial company based in Spoleto, specialized in the purchase, in the processing and marketing of organic, health-friendly and free-from-food products, in particular cereals, seeds, legumes and dried fruits.
The founder, Enrico Tinelli, retains the majority stake and the operational management of the company. The transaction, which follows the recent acquisition of Biotobio, is part of the strategic plan of Probios and Agreen Capital to strengthen the industrial corner of the group with a focus on the national supply chain in the organic, healthy and free-from sector.ù
Andrea Rossi, president of Probios and managing partner of Agreen Capital, states: “The sector of organic whole grains and gluten free, legumes and dried fruits is particularly strategic for us because we believe that the categories are the basis of a healthy and natural diet. We see in the participation marked industrial and commercial synergies and share the model of supply chain and direct collaboration with national farms that the family Tinelli has been able to build over the years”.
