Capoferri Serramenti, a company founded in 1894 in Adrara San Martino and active in high-end specialty windows and doors, emerged early from the debt restructuring agreement pursuant to Article 182-bis of the bankruptcy law signed in 2015.
The signing of the new agreement between the company and the credit institutions was made possible by the fact that the company has always regularly fulfilled the obligations it assumed in the restructuring agreement towards the banks, achieving full financial and financial rebalancing in advance, as highlighted by the new industrial and financial plan certified, in which the prospective ability of society to continue to operate in equilibrium was also noted.
